Iām not interested in bodybuilding, do you coach non-competitors?
Yes, I absolutely love getting to work with any individual who is self-motivated and wants to make an improvement in their health, strength, and physique.
Can I start a competition prep right away with you?
No. I require someone to have a minimum of 3-6 months as one of my offseason/lifestyle clients in order for us to begin a contest prep together. This allows me to learn how your body responds to different training and nutrition protocols and ensure that we do not waste any precious time during a contest prep going through a trial and error period.
Do I need to commit to a contract?
No, all of my coaching services are free of contracts. I want to ensure that I earn your continued patronage by offering the highest quality coaching service continually.
I am worried about my exercise form, how can you correct it?
All online clients are strongly encouraged to frequently send video footage of themselves performing any exercises they would like feedback on. We will be able to correct any issues this way. It is amazing what improvements I have seen my online clients make with all our communication being completely virtual.
How often will I be in communication with you?
Any online or personal training client is offered unlimited accountability and Q&A support via email or Whatsapp. Questions in particular are encouraged to be succinct in order for me to offer an answer in a timely manner.
Anyone who purchases a one-time training program and/or nutrition plan MUST ask all questions during the included consultation. Clients will have one more opportunity to air questions or concerns when approving their finished plan(s).
